"A person is a person through other persons."
"I am because you are."
"My humanity is bound in yours."

You don't need to specialize in one thing. Being a generalist is also a good thing. Combine your knowledge from different fields in creative ways.
In 2015 i was taught at the Arecibo Observatory that falling isn't bad. We have to learn how to get up every time we fall. We all make mistakes, it is all part of the learning process.
At the Arecibo Observatory I was taught that "Science is for humanity". It was the first time in my life that I was exposed to non nationalist views.
They also taught us "Don't wait for anybody to teach you, learn how to teach yourself".
Get inspired
After the pandemic restrictions were raised, I (Radamés J. Valentín Reyes) started traveling across my island (Puerto Rico). I hiked up the mountains, wandered forests, spent time relaxing on our beaches.
Map your community
Makers, hackers, creatives, conservationists...This community is open to anyone that wants to use it's technical and creative potential to contribute positively to leave this universe better than we found it.
Plan your project
A dynamic group with no fixed plan of action. It's members are not forced into a particular course of action. The group may organize and reorganize based on it's current goals. Autonomy is encouraged (each person should have initiative. Leadership and cooperation are promoted).
Take action and celebrate
Execute your plan by yourself or with interested team members and share your achievements via Video Conference, Blog, Social Media, Substack, You Tube or any other method.
Cooperation rather than competition brings the best of all of us.
Developing humility by listening to and learning from others. No one knows everything and others have different kinds of knowledge to share.
Empathy. Doing our best to understand others, treat them with respect and not judging them.
Online meetings via Google Meet every Sunday at 6pm UTC-4 (Puerto Rico Time Zone).
Once the group is officially established.
