About Me

With over 20 years of experience as an Arkansas educator, I have served as a classroom teacher, K–12 Math Specialist for the Northwest Arkansas Education Service Cooperative, K–5 Math and Science Coach, and K–5 Math and Science Curriculum Specialist.

In addition to my school-based roles, I have received specialized training through the Assessment Training Institute (ATI) and have worked as an associate with the Solution Tree Assessment Collaborative and Math in a PLC at Work team. These experiences have strengthened my expertise in mathematics instruction, assessment practices, academic coaching, and systems-level support for schools.

Through Rooted Learning Labs, I design and deliver professional learning that is practical, research-based, and aligned to the Arkansas Content Standards and the Learning Forward Standards for Professional Learning. My work equips educators with strategies that can be immediately implemented to improve teaching practice and student outcomes.
