Data Deletion

If you would like to request the deletion of your account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

1. Send an email to our support team at smartdevja@gmailcom with the subject line "Account Deletion Request."

2. In the email, include the following information:

   - Your full name

   - Your email associated with your Rooted account

   - A brief reason for your account deletion request (optional)

Upon receiving your account deletion request, we will:

- Delete all personal data associated with your account, including your profile information, preferences, and any content you have created or uploaded.

- Retain certain non-personal data for analytical and reporting purposes, as required by law.

- Retain any data that is necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. This data will be kept for the minimum required period and securely deleted thereafter.
