There is no shame in having patterns that once served you — only wisdom in becoming aware of them. I’m continuously in awe of the courage it takes to look inward, to name what hurts, and to choose growth.

Hi, I’m Billie Jo — an attachment healing coach, space holder, former teacher, and fellow human doing the deep work of healing old patterns and returning to self.
For much of my life, I thought ease would come with the next milestone—once I found my partner, graduated college, or became a mom, then I could finally exhale. While all of those brought beauty and joy, I still found myself asking; why can't I just be positive? Why can't I just be grateful? Why do my reactions not align with the person I want to be?
I carried shame around that — embarrassment, even — I felt like something was wrong with me. I didn’t want to admit it, but part of me was waiting to be saved. I thought those outside things would do the saving. What I really longed for was a sense of inner calm, a steady place to land within myself.
I've come to understand that challenges and triggers will always be part of being human. But when we are living from a place of fullness; knowing our needs, awareness of our patterns, compassion for our wounds, and the tools to navigate our emotions -- we create space for a different kind of ease. The kind that doesn't feel lazy or indulgent but the kind that feels like the most courageous, life-giving thing we can do. It's the reward of living aligned.
The healing I’ve done in this work has reshaped every relationship in my life. Most deeply, it’s transformed the way I connect with myself, my partner, and my kids. By tending to my own wounds and beliefs, I’ve been able to parent with more presence and empathy, love my partner from a place of wholeness, and create the inner safety I once longed for.
And while this kind of healing can absolutely be done on your own — sometimes we need someone to guide us, reflect back what we can’t yet see, offer tools that fit our patterns, and help us stay grounded when old cycles pull us in.
That’s where I come in.
Not as a guru. Not as someone who has it all figured out. But as a compassionate, skilled guide who’s walked the path and knows how disorienting and transformative it can be. My hope is to help you move from subconscious coping to conscious choice, to remind you of your inherent goodness, and to give you the tools to rise into the life and relationships you’ve been longing for.
And it’s the greatest honor to walk beside anyone ready to begin that process — because I know how much courage it takes.
Your vulnerability is not weakness. It’s the start of becoming rooted, whole, and free.
