RoomVision: AI Interior

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RoomVision: AI Interior ("App"), operated by IT-DEPARTMENT.PRO.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
RoomVision: AI Interior provides artificial intelligence tools that generate interior design concepts, room visualizations, decoration ideas, and related creative content based on user inputs and images.
The App is intended for informational, inspirational, and entertainment purposes only.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
Certain features may require a paid subscription.
Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store and are governed by Apple's payment policies.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple ID account settings.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
Copy or distribute the App
Reverse engineer the App
Modify the App
Use the App unlawfully
Interfere with App functionality
You retain ownership of content you upload.
By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process, store, and use such content solely for providing App functionality.
You represent that:
You own or have rights to uploaded content
Uploaded content does not violate laws or third-party rights
AI-generated results are automatically created by machine learning systems.
Generated content:
May contain inaccuracies
May not meet expectations
Should not be considered professional interior design advice
May resemble content generated for other users
Users are solely responsible for how generated content is used.
You agree not to:
Upload unlawful content
Infringe intellectual property rights
Attempt unauthorized access to systems
Use the App for harmful or fraudulent purposes
Interfere with other users' experience
The App, software, trademarks, branding, and related materials are owned by IT-DEPARTMENT.PRO and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE APP.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE APP DURING THE PRECEDING TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
We may suspend or terminate access to the App at any time if these Terms are violated or for operational, security, or legal reasons.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of the App at any time without prior notice.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against users where applicable.
Apple is not responsible for:
Maintenance or support of the App
Claims relating to App functionality
Product warranty obligations
