  Room available for rent in Janakipuram Sector If you want to stay in a shared room and do not have a roommate, then we will arrange for your roommate. If sharing or living alone, each person will be given an Free Wi Fi Almira with a bed and a table. There are three toilets which are cleaned daily. There is a fan and light in the room, you just have to bring the bedding. Electricity charges are included in the rent. There are many canteens available which also deliver food to the room. There are two general merchant shops within about 30 meters. There is a garbage disposal system. 

Initially you will have to pay two months' rent in advance, then every month you will pay one month's rent and in the month in which you want to vacate the room, you will have to inform and will not have to pay rent, that month's rent will be adjusted in your advance rent.
