No, we are hardly working on it so that  every property owner verified before their listing goes live to ensure safety and trust.

No, Roomiya does not charge any booking fee from renters. 

4. Can I contact the owner directly? 

Yes, once you open a listing, you’ll find the contact details of the property owner.
