We do not use your uploaded photos to train our own proprietary AI models. Uploaded photos may be temporarily cached to enable app functionality (such as history/before-after comparison) and are stored only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the feature, or until you delete them from your device/history.

The App offers free features with limited credits, and paid credit packs / subscriptions for extended usage, processed via Apple In-App Purchase or Google Play Billing.

5.3 You must consult a licensed architect, engineer, contractor, or interior designer before making any renovation, structural, purchasing, or financial decisions based on content generated by the App.
5.4 We make no representation or warranty regarding the feasibility, cost, safety, code-compliance, or buildability of any AI-generated design.
5.5 We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from reliance on AI-generated content.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

7. SUBSCRIPTIONS, CREDITS & PAYMENTS

7.1 The App offers consumable credit packs and/or auto-renewing subscriptions for extended AI generations, purchased through Apple's In-App Purchase system (iOS) or Google Play Billing (Android).
7.2 Pricing is displayed in-app prior to purchase and may vary by region/currency, as set by the respective app store.
7.3 Auto-Renewing Subscriptions (if offered): Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via your Apple ID or Google Play account settings — cancellation within the App is not possible directly and must be done through the respective store.
7.4 Free Trials (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
7.5 Consumable Credits: Credit packs are one-time purchases that grant a fixed number of AI generations. Credits are consumed upon use and do not expire unless stated otherwise in-app. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable between accounts or devices.
7.6 Refunds: All purchases are processed and billed by Apple or Google. Refund requests must be made directly through Apple ("reportaproblem.apple.com") or Google Play's refund policy. We do not directly process refunds and have no ability to override the App Store's/Play Store's refund decisions, except where required by applicable consumer protection law (including Indian consumer law).
