Things to do in Dawson Austin TX

Dawson is a south Austin neighborhood. It retains much of its vintage atmosphere from the mid-20th century, but is slowly modernizing. Close-knit residents are still here, mixed with newcomers including artists, musicians, families, and students at nearby St. Edwards University. The area is close to the crowds and nightlife of the SoCo area, but far enough away to be a quiet, relatively safe neighborhood. A good number of local eateries are in the area.
