Arrowscape is a free puzzle game made by Ronzodev ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information the game uses, why, and the choices you have.
The short version
You don't need an account, and we never ask for your name, email or any other personal details.
Your progress and settings are saved on your device only. We don't have servers, and we don't receive or store your data.
The game shows ads from Google AdMob, which may also be supplied through Unity Ads. These ad networks collect some device information to show and measure ads, as explained below.
Information stored on your device
Arrowscape saves your level progress, hearts and hints, your settings (sound, vibration, keep screen on), and whether you have accepted the terms. This stays on your device and is never sent to us. Uninstalling the game, or clearing its storage in your phone's settings, deletes all of it.
Advertising
Arrowscape shows ads to stay free: an ad when you open the game, ads between some levels, and optional reward videos you can choose to watch for an extra heart or hint. These ads come from Google AdMob, and AdMob may also fill them from Unity Ads.
To show, limit and measure ads, and to prevent ad fraud, these networks may collect:
your device's advertising ID;
device information, such as model, operating system, language and screen size;
your IP address, from which an approximate location (for example your country or region) can be worked out;
how you interact with ads, such as which ads were shown and tapped.
They handle this information under their own privacy policies:
Google: https://policies.google.com/privacy, and how Google uses data from partner apps: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
Unity: https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy
Your choices
Europe (EEA), the UK and Switzerland: the first time you open the game, you're asked whether to allow personalised ads. You can change this at any time under Options → Privacy Choices.
US states with privacy laws: you can opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information under Options → Privacy Choices. This choice is passed on to our ad partners.
Everyone: you can reset your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalisation, in your phone's settings (on Android, Settings → Google → Ads, or Settings → Privacy → Ads).
Other services the game uses
Update check: when you open the game, it asks the Google Play Store whether a newer version is available. Only the game's own details are looked up.
Ratings: the game may ask you to rate it, using Google Play's built-in review window. Google handles any rating you give.
Connection check: before playing a reward video, the game briefly checks that it can reach the internet. No information about you is sent.
Children
Arrowscape is not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has used the game in a way that shared their information, contact us and we'll help.
Security
We don't collect or store your personal information ourselves. Ad networks protect the information they collect under their own policies, linked above.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when the game adds new features. Changes are posted on this page, with a new "Last updated" date.
