Our relationships and experience provide us with a substantial sustainable edge in an underfollowed and highly technical investment space.

Mr. Phillips is an experienced mining investor, having invested in and put together structures for multiple private and public mining deals focused on metallurgical coal and base metals. He currently leads the investment group in an Idaho copper exploration project.

Mr. Phillips is also an experienced corporate attorney. He is based in New York City and Westport, Connecticut.
