I am happy you are here.

I am thrilled to be teaching 5th grade in Red Lodge. I started my teaching journey here, student teaching in 5th grade and 2nd grade. I taught for several years at Head Start and at Roberts. Recently, I have been working for the Montana Office of Public Instruction. In addition to teaching, I coach 5th and 6th-grade volleyball.

I have called Red Lodge home for 25 years, but I grew up in Jersey Shore, PA. We Are- Penn State! Go Nittany Lions! I also cheer for the Montana State Bobcats and, of course, all of the Red Lodge RAMS teams.

My husband and I have two children. Our son is a 2025 Red Lodge graduate, and our daughter is starting middle school. As a family, we enjoy off-road jeep rides, foodie road trips, home improvement projects, classic cars/ trucks, and lots of love and laughter.

I believe that children are our greatest asset. Each one has a gift to unwrap. I have been humbled in a variety of ways by every student I have ever had in my care.

I believe that families are a child's first teacher. I can't do what I do without support from families and the greater community.

I believe that there is always more to learn; practice makes you better, and toughing it out through hard things makes you and your brain stronger.

We can do hard things!
