Classes are FREE for residents of California 18 and older through San Diego Continuing Education (SDCE), but you must register to become a student in order to take classes.

Yes. both section of Music Appreciation, Beginning Guitar & Ukulele and Intermediate Guitar & Ukulele cover the same material but meet on different days and times.
Ron Franklin has a Master of Music degree in Classic Guitar Performance and has taught music and audio at several colleges and universities. Yes - you may register for more than one class - each class is also a great opportunity to practice live online with other players. You may also take Beginning and Intermediate Classes at the same time.
Classes meet online weekly using the Zoom live teleconferencing system. These classes meet at a specific day and time and everyone participates in real time. Information on how to use Zoom can be found here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/201362033-Getting-Started-on-Windows-and-Mac
Students use Canvas (our online Learning Management System) to download class materials, participate in discussion forums, access announcements and take self-evaluation quizzes. All students who register for classes are granted access to the Canvas course for the class.
