Key point: design for modularity

Rond-One has been developed with modularity in mind: to stand out in the market of small tactical UAVs, payload and propulsion modularity has been adopted. Payload modularity allows to a general customer to adapt the vehicle to the mission needs; propulsion modularity, beside the traditional internal combustion engine (ICE) option, offers an innovative, green and noiseless option: fuel cell (FC).

All the specifications and performance are developed in the preliminary design of MSc. Engineering project Rond-One. These values should be verified and validated using high fidelity industrial tools and flight tests.
