"Ronalene started out as an OJT and was assigned at the Basic Education Library. She then later applied for a full-time student assistant position after finishing her OJT hours. This was very beneficial for both parties as the library lacked in man power and Ronalene can benefit as she gets paid for allowance, less tuition fees and a work experience in her resume. I personally appreciate that she finishes her task and is initiative enough to help out accomplish other library tasks. I appreciate as well that she is very diligent in what she does. Keep it up!"
