Privacy Policy for Royal Spin Club

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal data when individuals access or use Royal Spin Club (“the App”). By installing or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
We are committed to handling personal data responsibly and in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act of Thailand (PDPA) and Google Play’s User Data and Data Safety requirements.

This Policy applies to all users of Royal Spin Club, including individuals accessing the App from Thailand or abroad. It describes:

This Policy does not cover third-party services operated independently of the App.

6. Account Deletion Process
Users may permanently delete their accounts directly in the App.
To delete your account:
1. Open the App’s main lobby screen.
2. Select Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Confirm the action in the prompt.
Once confirmed, your account will be permanently erased and you will be logged out. Deleted data cannot be restored. Some information may temporarily remain in secure backups before being purged according to our retention schedule.
7. Third-Party SDKs and Data Processing Technologies
The App may include certain third-party software development kits (“SDKs”) or similar technologies integrated for operational, analytical, or security purposes. These SDKs may automatically process limited categories of information such as device identifiers, performance metrics, crash diagnostics, or usage events.
We evaluate all SDKs before integration to ensure they comply with applicable privacy requirements, including the Thailand PDPA and Google Play’s User Data and Data Safety policies.
Any third-party SDK integrated into the App is permitted to process data only for the purposes we specify, such as:
- Enabling core App functionality
- Improving performance and stability
- Providing analytics and usage insights
- Supporting authentication and security
- Preventing fraud or misuse
We do not authorize third-party SDKs to collect personal data for their own independent marketing or profiling purposes.
We also do not sell personal data to SDK providers or any external parties.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, unless a longer retention period is required by law or justified by legitimate business needs.
After the retention period ends, data is either:
- securely deleted, or
- anonymized so it can no longer identify you.
If you request deletion of your data, we will process the request within a reasonable timeframe as required by law.
9. Data Protection and Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal data, including encryption, access control, and secure storage practices.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely free from risk. We encourage users to protect their devices and accounts.
10. Children’s Data
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
