Romanian A1 (“the App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is a Romanian language learning app designed to help users practice Romanian words, sentences, numbers, pronunciation, quizzes, reminders, and review exercises.

1. Information We Collect
The App does not require users to create an account.
The App may store learning progress, quiz results, weak words, notification preferences, selected language, theme preference, and premium status locally on the user’s device.
We do not directly collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, contacts, photos, location, or other sensitive personal information.
2. Notifications
If the user enables reminders, the App may send word or sentence reminder notifications. Notification preferences are used only to provide the reminder feature.
Users can disable notifications at any time from iOS Settings or inside the App where available.
3. Advertising
The App may display advertisements through Google AdMob.
Google and its advertising partners may collect and process certain information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, usage data, approximate location, and ad interaction data for purposes including ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, and personalized or non-personalized advertising.
Where required, the App may request user consent for advertising and tracking through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework and/or Google’s consent tools.
Users may manage advertising preferences through iOS privacy settings and Google ad settings.

4. Premium Subscription and Purchases
The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Payments and subscription management are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store payment card details.
Apple may process purchase and subscription information according to Apple’s own privacy policies and App Store terms.
5. App Tracking Transparency
If the App uses data for tracking as defined by Apple, permission will be requested using Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework before tracking occurs.
Users can change tracking permission at any time in iOS Settings.

Google AdMob: used to display advertisements.
Apple App Store / StoreKit: used to manage subscriptions and purchases.

Delete the App to remove locally stored learning data from the device.

12. International Availability
The App may be available in multiple countries or regions. Features are intended to function consistently across supported regions, subject to App Store, advertising, and local legal requirements.
