Rolu App – TV Control & Casting (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects and protects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we handle information when you use our mobile application (“App”) available on the Apple App Store.
We designed Rolu App with your privacy in mind. The App does not collect, store, share, or sell any personal data. All functionality operates locally on your device.

Rolu App provides the following functions:
Remote Control for Roku Devices (via local Wi-Fi network)
Keyboard and Digit Keypad Input
Swipepad Navigation
Screen Casting / Media Control (when supported by the Roku device)
All communication occurs directly between your iPhone/iPad and your Roku device over your local Wi-Fi network.
No information is transmitted to external servers or third parties.
To enable full functionality, the App may request access to:
Local Network Access – to discover and communicate with Roku devices on your Wi-Fi network.
Haptic or Touch Inputs – to process swipe and gesture interactions locally.
These permissions are used solely for device control and are never used to collect data.
The App does not store any personal data.
Temporary session data (such as your connected device’s IP address) is used only during the active session and is automatically cleared when the app is closed.
We do not retain any user information on our servers, as no servers are used.
The App does not integrate with any third-party analytics, advertising networks, or external SDKs that collect user information.
No third-party data sharing occurs.
Since we do not collect any personal data, the App complies with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and Apple’s App Store Review Guidelines.
Rolu App can safely be used by users of all ages.
All communication between your device and your Roku device occurs within your local network.
We do not transmit any data over the internet, ensuring that your usage remains private and secure.
Because no personal data is collected, there are no stored records to access, modify, or delete.
