Our mission is to provide a fun and safe environment where athletes of all ages can learn the principles of the game of football and cheerleading, learn to and become a good teammate and to learn and collaborate in a positive and respectful manner with teammates and coaches. We will work to build a passion and love for sports and serve as an introduction and gateway to players’ participation in sports in general and higher levels of flag or tackle football.

Our coaches’ number one priority is the safety and wellbeing of every participant. We will all exemplify a positive behavior and properly prepare for practices and games while also creating a fun and respectful environment. Coaches will communicate with parents and players early and often to keep everyone informed of practice times, game times and any other information that may be sent out. All of our coaches will focus on the fundamentals of the sport and provide fairness in playing time and positions.

What we expect our parents to understand is our coaches are volunteers, no one is getting paid to be out there. Each coach, whether it’s a head coach or assistant coach, is giving up free time to teach your son or daughter the game and to try and provide a fun time doing it. This is youth sports and while we all like to win games the most important thing is that your child is having fun and is learning about the game itself.

Coaches ask that you be on time for practices and games. Please communicate as early as possible if your child will miss a practice or a game. We ask for parents not to address the officials before, during, or after a game. The head coach will address officials if needed. Do not step on the field during games or practices unless asked. Ensure that your child has the proper equipment for practice and games. Please make sure your child has water to keep hydrated. Lastly we ask that you reinforce the coaches’ expectations and instructions with your child.
