The "Ten-Series"
If you’re interest is in the ten-series. Paying upfront gets you 1 session off (10 for the price of 9). For those new to Rolfing Structural Integration or new to my practice, I recommend having at least one session first, which can still count towards the Ten-Series package.
If the above sits well with you, let’s set up a call or an appointment.
Feel free to text at (951) 295-2852 with any questions.
I'm with clients most of the day and can't answer the phone often.
Or use Vagaro to set up an appointment.
Also, in case you found me through an online search engine or referral, there may be a number of options/practitioners you are unaware of.
www.rolf.org —> “Find a Rolfer” for a directory of Certified Rolfers (search by zip code)
www.TheIASI.net —> “Find a Practitioner” for a listing of Structural Integrators (they have equivalent training hours and a similar approach as many SI practitioners are trained Rolfers who left the Rolf Institute or were trained by Rolfers who had left and became instructors elsewhere).
A closer practitioner keeps the stress, sitting/driving down immediately post-session and both trust and touch preferences are key so go with whoever’s most comfortable and feels best.
