At least 21 years of age
Current and Valid CDL class "A"
Physically able to fulfill requirements
No DUI/DWI within past 5 years
No serious DOT violations within past 3 years
Fewer than 5 points on your MVR within past 12 months
2 years verifiable experience
Pre-employment physical and drug screening
Must have Social Security Card or other government issued ID
