Afternoon: Hotel check-ins and free time for family members to settle in.
Evening: Gather at the hotel for a warm Meet & Greet. Enjoy finger foods and refreshments while reconnecting with long-lost family members. Take in the breathtaking city view from the hotel's poolside and firepit.
Day 2
Friday, June 14, 2024
Morning/Afternoon: Choose your adventure! Opt for a thrilling day at Worlds of Fun/Oceans of Fun or embark on a comprehensive KC city tour aboard a festive party bus. Please indicate your preference during registration to ensure everyone's inclusion.
Evening: Join us for a spectacular Family Banquet featuring an engaging program, live music, delicious food, and a cash bar. Let's celebrate our collective history and shared experiences in a festive atmosphere.
Day 3
Saturday, June 15, 2024
Morning: Free time to get breakfast, visit with family, or do whatever you would like.
Afternoon/Evening: Take in our rich family traditions at the Family Cookout. Enjoy mouthwatering BBQ, music, a talent show, and a bouncy house for the kids. Create lasting memories together as we honor our time together.
Day 4
Sunday, June 16, 2024
Morning/Afternoon: Give farewells at a family member's house. Share one last gathering filled with love, food, and heartfelt goodbyes as we send everyone off with warm memories. Take a piece of Kansas City's hospitality with you as you journey back home.
Kindly ensure you complete your registration and specify your preferred activities for Day 2. The quality of the banquet on Day 2 will be contingent on how many people pay the registration fee. We eagerly anticipate a beautiful weekend, fostering laughter, love, and the strengthening of our cherished family bonds!
