This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between the licensee, referred to as the "End-User," and the licensor, referred to as Margaret Lafontaine, for the use of the licensed Application.
By downloading the Application from the Apple AppStore and any updates (as permitted by this Agreement), you agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Both parties acknowledge that Apple is not a party to this Agreement and holds no obligations regarding the Application, including warranties, liability, maintenance, or support. Margaret Lafontaine is solely responsible for the licensed Application and its content.
This Agreement must not establish any usage rules for the Application that conflict with the latest App Store Terms of Service. Margaret Lafontaine confirms that it has reviewed these terms and that this Agreement does not conflict with them.
Margaret Lafontaine (referred to as "we," "us," or "our") provides mobile applications ("Apps") and any related documentation, services, images, logos, music, photographs, and video content ("App Content") as an individual entity. Note that our Applications are not designed to comply with industry-specific regulations such as HIPAA or FISMA. If your use of the Applications is subject to such laws, you may not use them. Additionally, do not use the Applications in violation of the GLBA.
2.1 You are granted a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the licensed Application on Apple-branded products owned or controlled by you (the End-User) in accordance with the Usage Rules and the App Store Terms of Service. This license also allows other accounts associated with you to access and use the Application via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.
2.2 This license applies to updates provided by Margaret Lafontaine that replace, repair, or supplement the original Application, unless a separate license accompanies such updates.
2.3 You may not share, sell, rent, lend, lease, or redistribute the Application to third parties without Margaret Lafontaine prior written consent, except as permitted by the Apple Terms and Conditions.
2.4 Reverse engineering, translation, disassembly, decompilation, modification, or attempts to derive the source code of the Application are prohibited without Margaret Lafontaine prior written consent.
2.5 You may only copy or alter the Application as expressly authorized by this license and the Usage Rules. Copies may be stored only on devices owned or controlled by you for backup purposes. Removing intellectual property notices is not allowed, and unauthorized access to these copies by third parties is prohibited.
2.6 Violations of these obligations may result in prosecution and damages.
2.7 Margaret Lafontaine reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of licensing.
2.8 This license does not restrict compliance with applicable third-party terms when using the Application.
3.1 The Applications require a firmware version of 14.0 or higher. It is recommended to use the latest firmware version.
3.2 Margaret Lafontaine aims to maintain compatibility of the Application with modified or new firmware versions and new hardware. However, you are not entitled to claim such updates.
3.3 You are responsible for ensuring that your end-user device meets the mentioned technical specifications.
3.4 Margaret Lafontaine reserves the right to modify technical specifications as necessary.
4.1 Margaret Lafontaine is responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the licensed Application. You can contact Margaret Lafontainei at the email address listed in the App Store Overview for the licensed Application.
4.2 Apple is not obligated to provide maintenance and support services for the licensed Application.
You acknowledge that Margaret Lafontaine may access and modify your downloaded licensed Application content and personal information, in accordance with your legal agreements with Margaret Lafontaine and its "Privacy Policy".
When creating or making contributions, you represent and warrant that:
Your contributions do not infringe on the proprietary rights of any third party, including but not limited to copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret, or moral rights.
You are the rightful creator or owner of the contributions or have the necessary licenses, rights, consents, releases, and permissions to use them within the Application and in accordance with these Terms of Use.
You have obtained written consent, release, and/or permission from any identifiable individuals in your contributions, allowing their name or likeness to be used in your contributions.
Your contributions are accurate and not false, misleading, or deceptive.
Your contributions are not unsolicited or unauthorized advertising, promotional materials, pyramid schemes, chain letters, spam, or other forms of solicitation.
Your contributions are not obscene, lewd, lascivious, violent, harassing, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise objectionable.
Your contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
Your contributions are not used to harass or threaten any individual in a legal sense or to promote violence against any person or group.
Your contributions do not violate any applicable law, regulation, or rule.
Your contributions do not infringe on the privacy or publicity rights of any third party.
Your contributions do not contain any material that solicits personal information from anyone under the age of 18 or exploits individuals under the age of 18 in a sexual or violent manner.
Your contributions do not violate any laws regarding child pornography or other regulations intended to protect the well-being of minors.
Your contributions do not include offensive comments related to race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or physical handicap.
Your contributions do not violate any provision of these Terms of Use, any applicable law, or regulation.
By submitting suggestions or other feedback regarding the Application, you agree that we may access, store, process, and use such information and personal data in accordance with our "Privacy Policy" and your choices. We do not claim ownership over your contributions, and you retain full ownership of your contributions and related intellectual property rights.
We are not liable for any statements or representations in your contributions. Additionally, you agree to hold us harmless and refrain from taking legal action against us in relation to your contributions.
The Licensor shall not be held responsible for any damages arising from a breach of duties as outlined in Section 2 of this Agreement. To prevent data loss, it is necessary to use the backup functions of the Application in compliance with the terms and conditions of third parties.
You acknowledge that Margaret Lafontaine, not Apple, is responsible for addressing claims related to the licensed Application. This includes product liability claims, compliance with legal or regulatory requirements, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.
Please confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist-supporting" country. Additionally, ensure that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.

This license will remain valid until terminated by Margaret Lafontaine or by you. Failure to comply with the terms of this license will automatically terminate your rights under this license. Upon termination, you must stop using the Application and delete all copies, whether complete or partial.
Margaret Lafontaine agrees to comply with the applicable third-party terms when using the licensed Application. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this End User License Agreement, and they have the right to enforce this Agreement against you.
If a third party claims that the licensed Application or your use of it infringes on their intellectual property rights, Margaret Lafontaine (not Apple) is solely responsible for investigating, defending, settling, and resolving such claims.
15.1 In the event that any provision of this Agreement becomes invalid, the remaining provisions will still be in effect. Invalid terms will be replaced with valid ones that serve the same purpose.
15.2 Any changes or amendments to this Agreement will only be valid if made in writing, unless expressly waived in writing.
1. Free or Paid Trial
We may offer free or paid trial subscriptions for our services. You will be charged the specified price at the end of the trial period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. If a trial is offered, it will be clearly stated on the price screen.
2. Subscription
Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each period (e.g., weekly, monthly or yearly) at the chosen package cost. Your account will be charged within 24 hours before the renewal. You can cancel automatic renewal within the last 24 hours of the subscription to prevent the next charge.
3. Payment Method
Your payment method will be charged at the time of purchase or at the end of the trial period. By accepting the subscription terms, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.
4. Cancellation
Your subscription will renew automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel. To cancel, please adjust your subscription settings in your Account on the App Store. Uninstalling the App will not stop the renewal; you must cancel automatic renewal to avoid additional charges.
5. Refunds
If you purchased a subscription or enabled a trial on the App Store, you must request a refund directly from Apple following their instructions on the Apple support page.
6. Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of such pricing changes by posting them within the app or sending an email notification.
