A skin is a super thin & flexible cellulose product that has been professionally printed with our exclusive designs. They apply easily to gel or acrylic nails using either base or builder gel (any brand). As they are applied between the layers of gel, they are effectively encased making them as long lasting (or longer) as your nail enhancements. They are quick to apply, can be easily soaked or filed off, will not peel, crack or fade. Because our skins are so thin, they do not stick up from the nail like traditional stickers. They are more flexible than decals and able to 'stretch' slightly over the curves of the nail without major buckling or wrinkling. 

Most people who have worked with other nail art products like stickers, wraps, foils or decals will find skins much easier to apply. You will need to be able to work with base or builder gel to encapsulate the skin on the nail. The actual application is really easy once you practice a few times paying attention to the detailed instructions available online. We include bonus practice skins with your first order to make sure you master the technique. There are just a few little tricks to get the best results that we cover in online tutorials. Overall, they are easy to apply and any beginner level nail tech or DIY nail lover should have no problem in mastering the application.

Our skins are professionally printed with a laser printer on to a cellulose backing sheet. If applied according to our easy-to-follow instructions they do not come into significant or lasting contact with skin. If you are sensitive to laser toner or concerned at all about reactions please seek medical advice prior to purchase. 

Our skins have been tried and tested on full cover gel tips and soaked in a mix of water, oil & detergent for up to 4 weeks with no peeling, lifting, cracking or fading. I personally tested the tips also after soaking by bending, scratching, twisting and trying to pry off the layers with tweezers and even a scalpel blade from the tips and found that nothing budged. If there are any issues with the skins it will have likely happened during the application process. I have tried to cover every possible situation that could cause issues through our troubleshooting videos. It's not set in stone... but I try and release at least two new designs per month. I personally try and test all designs to make sure they look great on the nails, what extra bling or elements we can add to personalise and create the full tutorial videos so you can see what these designs will look like on actual nails and get other ideas on how to finish them.

We print, package and post your order usually same day Monday to Friday if your order is received by 10am otherwise they will be posted next day. Weekend orders or orders placed after 10am Friday will be shipped on Mondays. You will be notified of any unforeseen delays. Skin orders are posted through Australia Post and normally take around 5-7 business days within Australia.
