Latest News: Our preprint on the "Realization of a chiral photonic-crystal cavity with broken time-reversal symmetry" is now on the arxiv! In this paper, in collaboration with the Kono group at Rice, we pushed forward the realization of a 1D terahertz photonic-crystal cavity which shows broken time-reversal symmetry via a circularly polarized THz mode, under a moderate magnetic field. This platform offers a platform for chiral light-matter interactions and vacuum dressed quantum condensed matter in the terahertz regime. We are excited about upcoming experiments!
