Made for my brother's 21st birthday, featuring the flagship building on the University of Pittsburgh campus. Made from ~40 pieces of laser cut and engraved Baltic Birch plywood, implementing a technique of bending plywood into 3-dimensional shapes by making changes to its 2-dimensional form. Many tears were shed in the making of this, particularly because the water I used to permanently bend the wood also dissolved the wood glue that I used to glue the wood to its bendy frame. You live you learn. H2P!
Made as a gift for my Piano instructor to commemorate 10 years of taking lessons. Made from ~30 pieces of laser engraved and cut Baltic Birch plywood. Implementing "bendy wood".
