This series was inspired by a Mesoamerican Jade carving I saw at the British Museum. Only half of the carving was intact, so I drew from this and other artifacts on display to imagine what the other half of this piece may have looked like. It then transformed into a fictional museum style poster and later some other works including an embroidered t-shirt.
