Hello, I am Rohan a PhD-qualified Metrology Applications Engineer with 5+ years of combined industry and academic research experience in semiconductor process development, OCD metrology, materials research and data-driven analysis (DOE/SPC). I have proven track record in DRAM NPI, recipe optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with global vendors.

Previously I have worked as a battery & materials researcher for the development of Li-metal batteries (LMBs) and solid-state electrolytes (SSEs). I am strongly interested in semiconductor devices, SSEs, solid-state batteries, related materials, and their industrial scale-up.
