Show Information includes the information we will use in our program, on our website, and on the online ticketing page. It includes: Final show title, the ticket price you’re charging (max $15 mainstage, max $10 gallery/cabaret), genre, rating, runtime, show description for program (max 200 characters including spaces), full show description for web.
Program Image due December 24
Please e-mail your images to roguefestivalboard@gmail.com. Please send in .jpg or .png file format with an identifying name (e.g. performer or show name). Program image must be square and a minimum of 300 dpi or 1200 px x 1200 px for print use. Print size is 1.5"x1.5", but we can receive any size that is a square. Avoid text that is not part of the original image design as these images will also be shared with the media. (Little to no text on the image is best.). Web specifications: We advise that your web image should have the principle subject at the center of the image. A square or vertical image is best for web.
Withdrawal deadline to receive 75% refund: December 15. No refunds after this time.

We require a W-9 for all performers no matter their payout size. We will withhold your payout unless we have your W-9 on file annually. Include the name the check should be payable to and the address where it should be sent.
