Rogue Dynamix is a social enterprise dedicated to transforming science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) education into a more just, all-embracing, and culturally affirming experience for students. Achievement discrepancies of racially and ethnically minoritized students in STEM are not a reflection of ability, but rather the result of racist policies, hostile school climates, culturally disconnected instruction, and biased expectations. Motivated by the students they’ve taught, they founded Rogue Dynamix to disrupt these barriers and reimagine STEM education.
Rogue Dynamix provides consulting services to dismantle barriers and reimagine STEM education. At its core, Rogue Dynamix is a force for change in STEM education—committed to social justice, powered by research, and inspired by the brilliance of the very students we serve. Together, we seek to shift the dynamics of STEM education—proving that when instruction honors culture and identity, innovation and excellence follow.

The name Rogue Dynamix reflects both our philosophy and our practice. Rogue means deviating from established rules, expectations, or instructions, often in a way considered unconventional or rebellious. We embrace this definition as we challenge outdated, inequitable systems that have long dictated who is deemed successful in STEM. Dynamics speaks to the transformative energy of our work—creating momentum, shifting perspectives, and building new possibilities for teaching and learning. Together, Rogue Dynamix represents an unapologetic commitment to disrupting inequitable systems and advancing new approaches that ensure all students, especially Black and Brown students, can thrive in STEM.
