Hello! My name is Rogelio Valdez-Perez and I'm a screenwriter and film maker based in the San Francisco Bay Area with 5 years of experience in video production and editing. I am passionate about storytelling and enjoy using my skills as a film maker highlight people's unique experiences, as well as using my perspective as a queer person of Latino descent.

Last year I graduated from Cabrillo College where I received an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences with plans to transfer to a 4 year university. For now I am taking a gap year in order to grow my professional skills in my career field in order to continue expanding my knowledge while I am not in school. 

My work ranges from spec ads, short films, and client work regarding marketing with Digital NEST. I also have on-set experience as a grip, gaffer, and prop manager among other positions. I am always looking to make connections to give way for new professional relationships and opportunities to learn in order to reach my fullest potential.
