Preparation for highly competitive job markets entails that students not only understand the mathematical principles and theories of electrical systems, but the students are also required to be familiar with the practical aspects of engineering. My teaching method is Project-Based Teaching by Doing in that the students learn and achieve a profound touch of science and technology via handling parts of a large real-world engineering project during the semester.
