Roel Studio 開發並提供「超慢跑節奏：計時、節拍與記錄」（以下稱「本 App」）。本隱私權政策說明本 App 如何存取、使用、保存與保護使用者資料。
一、開發者資訊

二、本 App 是否使用廣告、分析或會員系統
本 App 不使用廣告 SDK。
本 App 不使用第三方分析 SDK。
本 App 不使用錯誤回報 SDK。
本 App 不提供會員註冊、社群、留言、聊天或照片上傳功能。
本 App 不會將使用者資料販售給第三方。
三、本 App 會處理的資料類型
本 App 可能會在使用者裝置上處理以下資料：
1. 運動與健康相關資料
包含跑步時間、休息時間、BPM、運動日期與時間、運動時長、步數、距離、活動卡路里、總卡路里等資料。
這些資料用於提供超慢跑計時、節拍提示、運動記錄、日曆追蹤、統計顯示，以及在使用者授權後同步至 Health Connect。
2. App 設定與使用資料
包含跑步計劃設定、提醒設定、音效與音量設定、語言設定、個人風格設定、日曆樣式、備份設定等。
這些資料用於保存使用者偏好，讓本 App 能依照使用者設定運作。
3. Google 帳號與 Google Drive 備份相關資料
當使用者選擇使用 Google Drive 備份與還原功能時，本 App 會透過 Google 登入取得使用者授權，並將備份檔儲存在使用者自己的 Google Drive AppData 空間。
本 App 不會將 Google Drive 備份檔傳送至 Roel Studio 的伺服器。Roel Studio 不會查看、下載或販售使用者的 Google Drive 備份資料。
四、Health Connect 使用說明
本 App 可在使用者明確授權後，將運動相關資料同步至 Health Connect。
同步資料可能包含：
步數
距離
活動卡路里
總卡路里
運動時間或運動區間
Health Connect 資料只會用於本 App 的健康資料同步功能。使用者可以在 Android 系統的 Health Connect 設定中管理、停用或移除本 App 的權限。
如果使用者在本 App 中刪除已同步的運動記錄，本 App 會嘗試刪除 Health Connect 中對應時間區間的資料。但因 Android 版本、Health Connect 權限與系統限制不同，刪除不一定能完全成功。使用者仍可至 Health Connect 或相關健康應用程式中自行管理或刪除資料。
五、Google Drive 備份使用說明
本 App 提供本機備份與 Google Drive 備份功能。
當使用者選擇使用 Google Drive 備份時，備份檔會儲存在使用者自己的 Google Drive AppData 空間，用於換機、重新安裝或資料還原。
Google Drive 備份功能需由使用者登入 Google 帳號並授權後才會啟用。使用者可以在本 App 中刪除雲端備份，也可以透過 Google 帳號權限管理頁面移除本 App 的存取權限。
六、資料儲存位置
本 App 的主要資料儲存在使用者裝置本機。
使用者選擇 Google Drive 備份時，備份檔會儲存在使用者自己的 Google Drive AppData 空間。
使用者選擇 Health Connect 同步時，健康資料會寫入 Android 系統的 Health Connect 環境。
Roel Studio 不經營自己的伺服器來收集、保存或分析使用者資料。
七、資料分享
本 App 不會將使用者資料販售給第三方。
本 App 不會將使用者資料提供給廣告商或資料分析服務。
使用者主動啟用 Google Drive 備份或 Health Connect 同步時，相關資料會依使用者授權傳送至 Google 或 Android 系統提供的服務環境。這些功能是本 App 的備份、還原與健康同步功能所需，並由使用者自行選擇是否啟用。
八、資料安全
本 App 會盡合理努力保護使用者資料。
儲存在裝置本機的資料由使用者裝置環境保存。
透過 Google 登入、Google Drive 或 Health Connect 處理的資料，會使用系統與 Google 服務提供的安全機制與安全連線。
本 App 不會將使用者資料傳送至 Roel Studio 自有伺服器。
九、資料保存與刪除
使用者可以在本 App 內刪除運動記錄。
使用者可以刪除本機備份資料。
使用者可以刪除 Google Drive 備份資料。
使用者可以在 Android Health Connect 或相關健康應用程式中管理或刪除健康資料。
使用者可以移除本 App 的 Google 帳號或 Health Connect 權限。
如果使用者解除安裝本 App，裝置上的本機資料可能會依 Android 系統機制被刪除。若使用者曾啟用 Google Drive 備份，雲端備份檔可能仍保留在使用者自己的 Google Drive AppData 空間，直到使用者刪除該備份或移除相關資料。
十、兒童隱私
本 App 並非特別針對兒童設計，也不會刻意收集兒童個人資料。
十一、政策更新
Roel Studio 可能會依功能變更、法規要求或 Google Play 政策調整本隱私權政策。更新後的政策會透過公開頁面提供。

Roel Studio develops and provides “Slow Jogging Rhythm: Timer, Beat & Records” (the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how the App accesses, uses, stores, and protects user data.

2. Advertising, Analytics, and Account System
The App does not use advertising SDKs.
The App does not use third-party analytics SDKs.
The App does not use crash reporting SDKs.
The App does not provide user registration, social features, comments, chat, or photo upload features.
The App does not sell user data to third parties.
3. Types of Data Processed by the App
The App may process the following data on the user’s device:
3.1 Exercise and Health-Related Data
This may include running time, rest time, BPM, exercise date and time, workout duration, steps, distance, active calories, total calories, and related exercise records.
This data is used to provide slow jogging timers, beat guidance, exercise records, calendar tracking, statistics, and, with the user’s permission, Health Connect synchronization.
3.2 App Settings and Usage Data
This may include running plan settings, reminder settings, sound and volume settings, language settings, personal style settings, calendar style, and backup settings.
This data is used to save user preferences and allow the App to work according to the user’s settings.
3.3 Google Account and Google Drive Backup Data
When the user chooses to use Google Drive backup and restore features, the App uses Google Sign-In with the user’s permission and stores backup files in the user’s own Google Drive AppData space.
The App does not send Google Drive backup files to Roel Studio’s servers. Roel Studio does not view, download, sell, or otherwise access the user’s Google Drive backup data.
4. Health Connect
With the user’s explicit permission, the App can synchronize exercise-related data to Health Connect.
The synchronized data may include:

Distance
Active calories
Total calories
Exercise time or exercise session period
Health Connect data is used only for the App’s health data synchronization feature. Users can manage, disable, or remove the App’s Health Connect permissions in Android system settings.
If the user deletes an exercise record in the App that has already been synchronized, the App will attempt to delete the corresponding Health Connect data for the same time range. However, due to Android version differences, Health Connect permissions, and system limitations, deletion may not always be fully successful. Users can still manage or delete related data directly in Health Connect or related health apps.
5. Google Drive Backup
The App provides local backup and Google Drive backup features.
When the user chooses to use Google Drive backup, backup files are stored in the user’s own Google Drive AppData space. This is used for device migration, app reinstallation, or data restoration.
Google Drive backup is enabled only after the user signs in with a Google Account and grants permission. Users can delete cloud backups in the App, and they can also remove the App’s access through their Google Account permission settings.
6. Data Storage Location
The App’s main data is stored locally on the user’s device.
When the user chooses Google Drive backup, backup files are stored in the user’s own Google Drive AppData space.
When the user chooses Health Connect synchronization, health data is written to the Android Health Connect environment.
Roel Studio does not operate its own servers to collect, store, or analyze user data.
7. Data Sharing
The App does not sell user data to third parties.
The App does not provide user data to advertisers or analytics services.
When the user voluntarily enables Google Drive backup or Health Connect synchronization, related data is transferred to Google or Android system service environments according to the user’s authorization. These features are required for backup, restore, and health synchronization functions, and users can choose whether to enable them.
8. Data Security
The App makes reasonable efforts to protect user data.
Data stored locally is kept within the user’s device environment.
Data processed through Google Sign-In, Google Drive, or Health Connect uses security mechanisms and secure connections provided by the system and Google services.
The App does not send user data to Roel Studio-owned servers.
9. Data Retention and Deletion
Users can delete exercise records in the App.
Users can delete local backup data.
Users can delete Google Drive backup data.
Users can manage or delete health data in Android Health Connect or related health apps.
Users can remove the App’s Google Account or Health Connect permissions.
If the user uninstalls the App, local data on the device may be deleted according to Android system behavior. If the user previously enabled Google Drive backup, cloud backup files may remain in the user’s own Google Drive AppData space until the user deletes the backup or removes related data.
10. Children’s Privacy
The App is not specifically designed for children and does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Policy Updates
Roel Studio may update this Privacy Policy due to feature changes, legal requirements, or Google Play policy requirements. The updated policy will be made available through a public page.
