Rodrigo G. F. Soares

Welcome! I'm a lecturer at the Department of Informatics in the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco.

I finished the PhD degree, under the supervision of Prof. Xin Yao, at the School of Computer Science in The University of Birmingham, UK. My research was funded by CAPES (brazilian funding agency). I also completed the M.Phil. programme at the Center of Informatics in The University of Pernambuco, Recife, Brazil. And I graduated in Computer Engineering in the Federal University of the Rio Grande do Norte, Natal, Brazil.

Currently, I'm a lecturer at the Federal Rural University of Pernambuco, Brazil. My research interests are Semi-supervised classification and Ensemble learning.
