Real Estate Data Analysis
Given real estate's primary role in all aspects of our society, analyzing the economics of real estate markets is as relevant as it is interesting. Additionally, the ability to handle real estate data is a fundamental asset to any professional. By combining real estate assets' physical and locational aspects with their transactions and investment conditions, real estate data bridges people's decisions, preferences, and the actual value of properties and their surroundings. In this course, we will dive into real estate data analysis and learn which questions to answer by employing them and, more importantly, how.
Forms of Value of Real Estate
The Forms of Value for Real Estate module considers real estate in a changing world. Real Estate is tangible and yet many of the values we gain from real estate are intangible. This module will question how real estate is to be appreciated and valued when the context that the real estate is set within is changing. The module will consider some of the major forces of change, such as the climate crisis and changing demographics, and how these may alter our value assessment of real estate.
