Postdoctoral researcher at CIMAT (Mexico), supported by the SECIHTI program, in the group of Christian Garay
Previously: IMSA-Miami (with Ludmil Katzarkov), ICMS-Sofia, and Université Grenoble Alpes (PhD with Phillipe Eyssidieux).
My research lies at the interface of Hodge theory, algebraic geometry, and the topology of algebraic varieties. In recent years, I have been developing what could be called the relative Clemens program, centered on relative versions of Clemens-type ideas involving rational curves, deformation theory, and conifold-type transitions.
Current interests include:
Relative Clemens program and log conifold transitions
Hodge theory of pairs and infinitesimal methods
Geometry of universal coverings and Shafarevich-type problems
Log Calabi–Yau and Fano geometry
