I am a postdoctoral researcher at CIMAT, under the SECIHTI program, in the group of C. Garay .
Previously, I was post-doc at the Institute of the Mathematical Sciences of the Americas (IMSA) in Miami in the group of L. Katzarkov. Before that, I was also at the International Center for Mathematical Sciences (ICMS) in Sofia.
For the Ph.D. , I was in Grenoble under the supervision of P. Eyssidieux.
My research interest lie in the topology of algebraic varieties. Currently, I am working on:
Hodge theory of pairs: Using infinitesimal methods and generalized Jacobian rings to study log connectivity.
Geometry of universal coverings: studying analytic properties for normal quasi-projective varieties having nilpotent fundamental groups (Shafarevich conjecture).
Log Calabi-Yau geometry: Deformations of Q-log pairs, log Clemens conjectures, and infinitesimal Abel-Jacobi maps.
