Currently, I work as an Advisor in the Congress of the Republic of Peru and as a researcher at various renowned institutes in Peru and Latin America. Additionally, I serve as a financial analyst for Mergers and Acquisitions. I graduated with a degree in Economics from the National University of the Peruvian Amazon (UNAP) in 2020, ranking first in my class, and received institutional recognition through a rectoral resolution for outstanding academic performance. I hold a Master’s degree in Economics and a Master’s degree in Finance from the "University of Buenos Aires (UBA)" and am currently pursuing a Master's in Big Data & Artificial Intelligence at the "Complutense University of Madrid (UCM)".
I have carried out various research projects, two of which are in the process of being published in renowned journals, while two others are under review. I completed a research stay at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC), specifically focusing on "Advanced Studies on Latin American Economies.
I have taught various courses and workshops for economists, including Econometrics with Stata; Econometrics with R and Python; Static Optimization, Macroeconomics, and R applied to Finance. These courses were delivered at recognized institutions such as the College of Economists of La Libertad, the College of Economists of Loreto, the National University of Engineering, and the "Summer School in Economics and Finance 2022," organized by "The Research Institute in Economics and Finance" (RIEF).
My medium-term goal is to join a PhD program in Finance at a top university in the United States and develop as a researcher. Through significant contributions, I aim to improve decision-making processes and provide insights into underexplored areas in economic sciences. My main research interests are Macroeconomics and MacroFinance, with a specific focus on the theory and models of Heterogeneous Agents.
