Currently, I serve as the Head of Financial Planning and Strategy at the Universidad Politécnica del Perú (UPP). My professional background includes experience as an Economist Advisor for the Congress of the Republic of Peru and as a Financial Analyst specializing in Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). Furthermore, I maintain an active academic presence as a researcher at several prestigious institutions in Peru and Latin America, such as the Research Institute in Economics and Finance (RIEF) and the Institute for the Society of Information and Fourth Industrial Revolution (ISICRI).

I possess a solid postgraduate background, having earned a Master’s degree in Big Data, Data Science & Artificial Intelligence from the Complutense University of Madrid (UCM), where my thesis was awarded second place in the program. Additionally, I hold two Master’s degrees from the University of Buenos Aires (UBA): a Master in Finance and a Master in Economics, both completed with theses graded as "Outstanding" (Sobresaliente). Previously, I graduated as an Economist from the National University of the Peruvian Amazon (UNAP) with Summa Cum Laude honors (1st place) and institutional recognition via rectoral resolution for academic excellence.

In the field of research, I have published in high-impact indexed journals (Q1/Q2) such as Economies and the Journal of Research in Financial Models, addressing topics in monetary policy, capital markets, and investment dynamics. I was selected as a Research Fellow at the Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC/CEPAL) for the prestigious Advanced Studies Program on Latin American Economies.

I have taught courses and specialized workshops for economists at institutions such as the National University of Engineering (UNI) and the RIEF Summer School, covering areas of Applied Econometrics (Stata, R, and Python), Advanced Macroeconomics, and Optimization applied to finance.

My short-term goal is to join a PhD program in Finance at a top-tier university to consolidate my career as a researcher. I seek to generate significant contributions that optimize strategic decision-making, focusing my research interests on Macroeconomics and Macrofinance, with a specialized approach to Heterogeneous Agent models..
