On Wednesday, January 31st, 2024, His Grace, Bishop Melchizedek, Locum Tenens of the Russian Orthodox Church of ROBLOX, The V. Rev. Fr. Archimandrite Theodosius, and The V. Rev. Fr. Dionysius met with the Russian Prime Minister, Basio. Here, Fr. Theodosius discussed with the PM in how to further our outreach into Slavic and other nations. His Grace was also an important figure in the tour and discussions, accompanied by Fr. Dionysius.  

Fr. Theodosius, the recently selected Chairman of Foreign Relations says that ROCOR will continue our brotherly relations and that we may continue to have communications and mutual respect and understanding with fellow nations, and churches.

On Sunday, January 28th, 2024, His Grace, Bishop Melchizedek, Locum Tenens of the Russian Orthodox Church of ROBLOX, served a Divine Liturgy at the Parish of All Saints. In attendance of the clergy was, V. Rev. Fr. Archimandrite Theodosius, the parish priest, V. Rev. Fr. Archpriest Dionysius, Fr. George from ROMOR, Archdeacon David, and Hierodeacon Lev. The President and Prime Minister of the (Seph's) Russian Federation attended.  Afterwards, the Kremlin Press Office released a statement on the visit.
