Our History

The Rocky River Officials Association, LLC is an umpire association dedicated to the training and development of sporting officials at all levels for the continued success of our members, communities, and organizations served year in and year out within Central and East Central Minnesota

Prior to 2011 the Rocky River Officials Association primarily assigned youth baseball umpires to surrounding communities in Mora and Milaca, Minnesota.  In 2011, RROA expanded it's coverage area to include communities such as Cambridge, St. Cloud, Sauk Rapids, Sartell, etc.

As the years progressed RROA went from an umpire roster of 10 officials to 120+ officials.  It's the dedication of each and every sports official that has contributed to the growth and success of the organization.

The Rocky River Officials Association now covers over 2,000 youth baseball and softball games in Central and East Central Minnesota in the following communities:

• Annandale

• Cambridge-Isanti

• Sartell

• Sauk Rapids

• St. Cloud

• Waite Park

• As well as supporting other local communities and organization on a request basis.
