Antici…pation Pack $14.95 An optional Rocky Horror audience-participation pack containing traditional participation items for use during the movie. The pack is expected to include items such as rice, newspaper, a small water/squirt gun, glow stick, toast, and audience-participation instructions. For safety and venue compliance, contents may be changed, removed, or substituted based on Napier Theatre rules and event requirements. The Antici…pation Pack does not include movie admission, dinner, transportation, or after-party admission. ⸻ 

Event Fulfilment All tickets and packages are for the scheduled Rocky Horror Picture Show event in Drumheller, Alberta. After purchasing, customers will receive booking confirmation electronically. Event-specific information, including transportation instructions, meeting locations, timing, and other relevant details, will be provided before the event. Package availability is limited and is subject to the quantities shown at the time of purchase. ⸻ 

Cancellation & Refund Policy Tickets and event packages reserve limited-capacity services, including movie admission, meals, transportation, and event activities. Customer cancellations and refund requests must be made before the event. Eligibility for a refund will depend on the timing of the cancellation and any non-refundable costs already committed on the customer’s behalf. If the event is cancelled by the organizer, customers will be offered a refund for the affected portion of their purchase. Booking and payment-processing fees may be non-refundable where those fees have already been charged by the ticketing or payment provider. Event Changes Event times, transportation arrangements, participating venues, menu items, and individual activities may be adjusted if required because of venue requirements, safety considerations, transportation changes, availability, or circumstances outside the organizer’s reasonable control.
