Select the " Settings " icon in the upper right corner of the home screen.
Choose " Set up remote buttons " .
Choose " Volume control ".
Choose " Google TV " to complete the setup.
Press the volume button on the remote control again.
Select the " Settings " icon in the upper right corner of the home screen.
Choose " Device Preferences " .
Choose " Display & Sound ".
Choose " HDMI CEC ".
Choose "Volume Control", and please turn off this feature.
Please turn off the Power Saving Mode by following the steps:
Settings → Device Preferences → Energy → Power Saving Mode.
Turn off the CEC function on your TV, avoid your TV remote to control G2 mistakenly.
You can connect the HDMI cable from one end to the ARC HDMI input on your device, and the other end to the G2 tv box.
If you want to connect the amplifier via TV, please refer the pdf manual for details.
Please follow the steps :
Settings → Devices Preferences → Display & Sound → Advanced sound settings → Select formats → Passthrough, and remember to change the audio settings in the playback apps.
⚠️ Warning
This procedure will erase all user data and settings.
It is a high-risk operation and should only be performed when necessary.
Please proceed with caution.

SIM ejector pin (or a similar thin pin)
Steps
Power Off the Device
Disconnect the G2 TV box from the power supply and unplug the power cable.
Connect the USB Keyboard
Plug the USB keyboard into one of the USB ports on the G2 TV box.
Press and Hold the RECOVERY Button
Insert the ejector pin into the hole labeled “RECOVERY” on the bottom of the G2 TV box.
You will feel a physical button being pressed. Keep it pressed and do not release it.
Power On and Enter Recovery Mode
While continuing to hold the RECOVERY button, reconnect the power cable to turn on the device.
Once the Recovery Mode screen appears, you may release the ejector pin.
Perform Factory Reset
Using the USB keyboard, navigate with the Up / Down arrow keys and press Enter to select:
👉 wipe data/factory reset
On the confirmation screen, select:
👉 Factory data reset
Press Enter again to confirm.
The G2 TV box will begin restoring factory settings and will return to the Recovery menu when finished.
Reboot the Device
Select Reboot system now and press Enter to restart the TV box.
Notes
The first boot after a factory reset may take longer than usual.
If the device does not enter Recovery Mode, ensure the RECOVERY button is firmly pressed during power-on.
