a. Service Requests and Estimates

b. Scheduling

Once an estimate is agreed upon, we will schedule a date for the services. Please notify us of any changes to the schedule at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation or rescheduling fees.

c. Service Completion

We strive to complete all services within the agreed-upon timeframe. However, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, material availability, or other factors may cause delays. We will communicate any changes to the schedule and make reasonable efforts to complete the work as soon as possible.

4. Payments and Pricing

a. Payment Terms

All payments are due according to the terms specified in your agreement with Rockstar Painting. We accept payment via credit card, debit card, bank transfer, and other methods as agreed upon.

b. Deposit

A deposit may be required to schedule services. This deposit is non-refundable unless the service is canceled or rescheduled with adequate notice (as defined below).

c. Final Payment

Final payment is due upon completion of services. Failure to pay in a timely manner may result in additional charges, including late fees or legal action to recover unpaid amounts.

d. Changes to Pricing

Prices are subject to change at any time, but any changes will not affect services that have already been contracted and scheduled with an agreed-upon estimate.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

a. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. If cancellation occurs within this time frame, any deposits or prepayments will be refunded. If canceled within less than 48 hours, the deposit may be forfeited.

b. Company-Initiated Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseeable circumstances. In the event that we need to cancel, we will provide as much notice as possible and reschedule the service for a mutually agreed-upon date. If we are unable to reschedule, a refund will be issued for any deposits or prepayments.

6. Warranties and Disclaimers

a. Service Warranty

Rockstar Painting offers a limited warranty for our painting services. If you notice any defects or issues with the work, please notify us within 30 days of service completion, and we will make reasonable efforts to address the issue. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by external factors, or issues resulting from improper maintenance.

b. Disclaimer of Liability

We strive to provide accurate and reliable services; however, Rockstar Painting does not guarantee that the services will meet your specific needs or expectations. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from the use of our services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of use, or loss of profits.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rockstar Painting shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, arising out of or related to the use of our services or website. Our liability will, in any case, be limited to the total amount paid by the customer for the services provided.
