Meet the Officers

Chapter Advisors: Ms. Cromwell and Ms. Dewey

President: Kesava Gopavarapu

Kesava Gopavarapu is a senior and the current President of this local FBLA Chapter. From organizing the annual blood drive to preparing members for business related competitive events, he oversees and manages all the chapter's events and activities throughout the year. He has a passion in Computer Science and Cyber Security. Outside of the classroom, he participates in a variety of extracurricular activities such as his school's Speech and Debate team and his community's local educational non-profit, TYEC Academy. His hobbies include watching Netflix, biking with his friends, and playing video games.

Vice President of Competition: Sritan Talluri

Sritan Talluri is a senior and serves as the Vice-President of Competitions. He is primarily in charge of organizing FBLA competitive events here at Rock Ridge as well as assisting members in competing. Outside of FBLA, he is a part of National Honor Society, CyberAI club, the Debate Team and TSA. He also participates in local community service projects and competitions, as well as being involved in a local educational non-profit, TYEC Academy. In his free time, he programs software, builds robotic devices and watches anime. He is excited for another year of working with members, especially in competitive events.

Vice President of BAA/CSA: Tanisha Desai

Tanisha Desai is a junior and serves as the Vice-President of the BAA (Business Achievement Awards) and CSA (Community Service Awards) at this FBLA chapter. She is in charge of guiding the members about the awards available and helping people with getting the community service and business achievement awards. Outside of FBLA, she is a part of the Varsity Softball team and Model UN. She also plays the guitar. She is excited to work with members for another year in FBLA.

Secretary: Ethan Devarapalli

Ethan Devarapalli is a senior and serves as the Secretary of the RRHS FBLA chapter. He keeps proper records of meetings, handles most of the communications within the chapter itself, and maintains a portion of the chapter's online presence. Outside of FBLA, he is a part of National Honor Society, Student Council, the Debate Team, Rho Kappa Social Science Honor Society, and the WINGS mentoring program. In his free time, Ethan reads books on economics, watches movies, reads about current financial trends, and volunteers in many community service projects locally. He is excited for another wonderful year with FBLA.

Treasurer: Saipreetham Mannam

Saipreetham Mannam is a current senior. He currently serves as the Treasurer of FBLA. As the treasurer, he plans on leading fundraising plans later this school year to ensure that there is a sufficient amount of money for the club to run efficiently. He also plans to help guide new members toward competitions they are passionate about. Outside of FBLA, he is a part of NHS, the CyberAI club, and runs a Non-Profit Organization. He spends his free time playing the guitar, hanging out with friends, or biking.

Historian: Meghna Sudheer

Meghna Sudheer is a junior, and she is currently the Historian for FBLA. She manages FBLA’s social media platforms. She is also part of DECA Chapter in Rock Ridge. In her free time, she sings and plays tennis with her family.

Project Manager, Community Service: Akhil Krishnan

Akhil Krishnan is currently a senior. In FBLA, he is the project manager of BAA and CSA. His main role is to facilitate members’ participation in business achievement awards and community service awards. He also helps members prepare for competitions of their interest. Outside of FBLA, he runs cross country and track & field, is involved in NHS, competes in programming club, mentors in WINGS, and runs a Non-Profit organization. He spends his free time hanging out with friends, playing the violin, biking, and watching TV.

Project Manager, March of Dimes: Rohan Misra

Rohan Misra is a junior and serves as the Project Manager for March of Dimes. He is the main coordinator for the RRHS FBLA chapter's involvement in the March of Dimes. He aims to execute this fundraiser to the best of his ability and be able to raise a significant amount of money for the foundation. Outside of FBLA, he is a part of Spanish Honor Society, the Debate Team and the Swim Team. He also plays the guitar. He is interested in studying business and political science in college. He is excited for another wonderful year with FBLA and working with members in the March of Dimes project.

Project Manager, Community Service: Ananya Manikandan

Ananya Manikandan is a senior, serving as the chapter's Project Manager in Community Service! Outside of FBLA, she participates in Girls Who Code, Tri-M Honor Society, Mu Alpha Theta, Computer Science National Honor Society, and more! She enjoys reading about current events and politics in her free time, while playing the violin! She will be managing the blood drive this year, while assisting throughout the competitive event process in preparation for competition!

Shenandoah Regional President & VA State Vice-President: Srithan Nalluri

Srithan Nalluri is a current senior. He serves as the Shenandoah Regional President and State Vice President of FBLA. As a state leader, he works closely with school chapters and members statewide to make sure operations run smoothly and devises promotional plans for FBLA. Outside of FBLA, he runs his nonprofit organization, works on his CyberAI club, and leads the Student Congress Debate Team. In his spare time, he can find himself biking, reading, and playing basketball.

Shenandoah Regional Secretary: Naomi Cho

Naomi Cho is a senior and serves as the Shenandoah Regional Secretary. She is responsible for keeping an accurate record of all of the meetings as well as developing new opportunities and resources for members (primarily at the regional level)! Additionally, she serves as a communication source between Rock Ridge FBLA and Shenandoah Region FBLA. Outside of FBLA, she is involved in Student Council, Girls Varsity Basketball, Cross Country, Artist Orchestra, National English Honor Society, WINGS, Newspaper, and Lit Mag! She spends her free time crocheting, playing basketball, or shopping. She looks forward to another awesome year with FBLA!
