General Rules

1. CLAIM WITH ITEM NUMBER OR PRICE

• Items are tagged with a price, a letter, or both. To claim an item you must type "Mine (price/letter)". We also accept "claim", "me", "dibs", etc. as long as it includes the price and/or letter.

• TIP: It helps to include emoji's as Instagram sometime blocks comments on live videos, especially if you are commenting often!

2. FIRST TO CLAIM WINS!

• The first person to correctly claim the item, as shown on OUR screen, gets the item.

• TIP: Due to different internet connections, your comments will always show up first on your own screen.

3. AFTER YOU CLAIM - PAY YOUR INVOICE

• If you have claimed an item by typing "sold $X" you are expected to buy the item. If you express your desire to purchase, please be ready to do so!

• Payment is expected within 24 hours of your invoice being issued. We generally invoice within 24 hours.

• If you end up with excessive put-backs or swaps, this impacts others having a positive and fair experience. Therefore, we may limit your ability to participate.

• Once our live show has ended items cannot be put back, swapped, or canceled. Backing out of orders or not communicating with us when an invoice is due will likely lead to a ban from our Live Sales.

4. SHIPPING COSTS AND DETAILS

• Priority Flat Rate prices shipping will apply. You can estimate costs from zip code 98422 to your home at UPS or USPS websites.

• Priority Mail^® service includes tracking and delivery in 1-3 business days¹. Check delivery time estimates on the Priority Mail Delivery Map. Priority Mail Flat Rate^® lets you ship packages up to 70 lbs to any state at the same price. Ship from Post Office^™ locations or from your home or business with Click-N-Ship^® service. Prices start at $7.50.

• We will ship and provide tracking numbers within 3 days of your payment.
