ROCKLYN TRAILERS PREMIUM 3-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY PROGRAM
Rocklyn Trailers builds premium-grade, Canadian-built trailers made to endure demanding work environments. Our manufacturing process focuses on strength, reliability, and long-term durability, backed by a full 3-Year Limited Warranty. This Premium Warranty Document provides full details on your trailer’s coverage, maintenance requirements, owner responsibilities, and steps for submitting claims.
WARRANTY COVERAGE
Your 3-Year Limited Warranty covers defects proven to originate from Rocklyn Trailers’ manufacturing process. This includes issues that arise from faulty materials, craftsmanship, or assembly under normal use.
COVERED COMPONENTS:
• Frame, tongue, and structural steel
• All factory welds and structural joints
• Crossmembers and main support rails
• Rocklyn-manufactured installed parts and hardware
WHAT ROCKLYN TRAILERS WILL DO:
Rocklyn Trailers will repair or replace defective components at no charge for parts or labor when performed at an authorized service facility.
EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover damage caused by conditions outside Rocklyn Trailers’ control, including:
• Normal wear on tires, brakes, bearings, bushings, electrical, and suspension
• Rust, corrosion, fading paint, stone damage, or surface cosmetics
• Accidents, collision, improper loading, misuse, or off-road use
• Aftermarket wiring, structural modifications, or unauthorized repairs
• Damage caused by failure to maintain (wheels, bearings, tires, wiring)
• Parts covered under separate OEM warranties (axles, jacks, couplers)
No warranty is provided for commercial abuse or overloading beyond rated capacity.
OWNER RESPONSIBILITIES
To remain eligible for warranty coverage, the trailer owner must perform regular inspections, adhere to loading specifications, and maintain the trailer according to Rocklyn Trailers' guidelines.
OWNER MUST:
• Confirm proper tire pressure before each use
• Ensure lighting and brake systems are working
• Grease wheel bearings as scheduled
• Maintain all structural components
• Use trailer within its GVWR rating
• Keep purchase documentation and VIN records
Failure to follow these obligations may void warranty coverage.
HOW TO FILE A WARRANTY CLAIM
To submit a valid warranty claim, the owner must follow all steps below:
1. Notify Rocklyn Trailers or an authorized dealer within 30 days of discovering the defect.
2. Provide the following documentation:
• VIN Number
• Date of purchase
• Location of purchase
• Photos and full description of the defect
3. Rocklyn Trailers will arrange an inspection appointment.
4. If approved, repairs must be performed at an authorized facility.
Transportation costs to and from service centers remain the responsibility of the owner.
WARRANTY REMEDY
If a defect is confirmed by Rocklyn Trailers:
• Defective components will be repaired or replaced
• Repairs will be completed using approved parts and processes
The warranty does not cover loss of use, downtime, rental fees, or incidental expenses.
This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, expressed or implied.
Note: All products that qualify for our warranty will include an inspection checklist paper with the V.I.N and the date the product was manufactured. If your product did not have this paper or your paper does not indicate the date built, your product may have been a pre-production model and therefore will not be included in our warranty. If the owner has lost this documentation the warranty will be void.
