3 Year Limited Warranty

At Rocklyn Trailers we stand behind our products, and want you to be happy with your purchase not only when buying a new product, but also when putting it to work for years to come!

We offer a 3 year limited manufacturer defects warranty. The warranty period starts on the date the product was manufactured and covers the first three years thereafter. Our warranty includes, but is not limited to, weld failures and defective or missing hardware components.

Rocklyn Trailers warranty is limited to products that are manufactured in our facility and hardware used for assembly. Components like wheels, axles, brakes, jacks, and couplers may be covered by a warranty of their manufacturer, and are not included in our warranty. Also our warranty does not cover scratches, dents or other minor cosmetic impurities.

Rocklyn Trailers reserves the right to evaluate all warranty claims prior to approval and to make a decision on what steps will be taken according to the specific situation.

All our products are inspected before leaving the factory. But, if in the first 3 years after the date it was built, there is a manufacturing defect, and Rocklyn Trailers has approved your claim, the issue will be evaluated and fixed in our own facility. Our warranty is limited to the cost of materials and labor, and does not include shipping costs to and from our location. 

Our warranty is only valid if the product has been used properly and for it's intended purpose. Unauthorized modifications, overloading, and improper use of our products will void this warranty. Rocklyn Trailers and all involved businesses will not be held responsible for damages or accidents caused by normal wear, abuse, or misuse.

Our warranty is not transferable to new owners after the original sale.

Rocklyn Trailers reserves the right to further limit our warranty on any customized trailers where the customization may change or affect our original design in any way. Customized trailers can not be returned or refunded.
