Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Rock ID - Crystal Scanner ("the App") developed by Veysel Yesilmen.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Rock ID - Crystal Scanner provides AI-powered identification of rocks, minerals, crystals, and gemstones through photo analysis. The App uses artificial intelligence to analyze images and provide identification results along with detailed information.

3. Accuracy Disclaimer

The App provides AI-generated identifications for educational and informational purposes only. Results may not always be 100% accurate. Do not rely solely on the App for professional geological assessments, gemstone valuations, or safety-critical determinations. Always consult a qualified geologist or gemologist for professional advice.

4. Subscription and Purchases

The App offers premium features through in-app purchases:

• Weekly Subscription ($4.99/week): Auto-renewing weekly subscription for unlimited identifications.

• - Lifetime Premium ($12.99): One-time purchase for permanent unlimited access.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

• - Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the App

• - Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content

• - Interfere with the App's functionality or servers

• - Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the App are owned by Veysel Yesilmen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at https://sites.google.com/view/rockid-privacy.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
