HEAD SWIM COACH

Coach Lauren Steinhaus started coaching swimming at the age of 15 and went on to become a Head Summer League Coach. After graduating with a Communication/English degree from the University of Houston, she then went on to coach USA club swimming and has been a PISD coach for the Prosper Aquatic Club for the past 2.5 years. In addition to coaching swimming, Coach Steinhaus has five kids of her own and loves to do anything outdoors. She is excited to become a part of the Blue Hawk Family!

HEAD DIVE COACH

Coach Eric Ognibene previously coached the Dive team for CFBISD. During his time there, he was recognized as District Dive Coach of the Year, Regional Dive Coach of the Year and State Dive Coach of the Year. His coaching career began in California, coaching the Mission Viejo Nadadores, leading the team to win the U.S. National Junior Olympic Championships three times. Coach Ognibene also started his career as a diver himself, in 1982 he was named the Texas High School 5A State Champion. He was also the first deaf male diver to compete at National and International levels.
