Welcome to Rocket Tower. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the mobile application Rocket Tower (the "Game"). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to these terms.
Everything within the Game—including the "Rocket Tower" name, characters, art, sound effects, and source code—is the property of Rocket Tower.
Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, distribute, or sell any part of the Game.
Personal Use: Your license is for personal, non-commercial use only.
Rocket Tower is provided to you "as is." Because we do not use any tracking, cloud saving, or SDKs, we cannot recover lost game progress if you uninstall the app or clear your device cache.
We provide no warranty that the Game will be compatible with all hardware or software versions of Android.
We are not responsible for any minor bugs or interruptions in gameplay.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rocket Tower shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of the Game. This includes, but is not limited to, device overheating, battery drain, or emotional distress caused by falling off a platform (it’s a tough climb, we know!).
You acknowledge that the Game is a standalone product. It does not connect to third-party services, social media, or external servers. Consequently:
No data is shared with third parties.
No internet connection is required for basic gameplay.
We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Game at any time. Updates may be released to improve performance or add content, and your continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of the updated version.
This agreement is effective until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate this agreement by uninstalling the Game. We may terminate this agreement if you violate any of these terms.
