This Privacy Policy explains how Rocketly ("the app", "we", "our", or "us") handles information when you use the Rocketly mobile game.
App name: Rocketly
Developer: Innovatix Hub
Privacy contact: vardhan.yadav.1714@gmail.com
Rocketly is currently designed as an offline arcade game. The app does not require an account and does not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, or payment information.
The app may generate gameplay information while you play, such as:
Current score
Best score
Coins collected
XP
Health
Gameplay status such as pause, game over, and retry state
This gameplay information is used only to run the game experience on your device.
Rocketly does not knowingly collect, transmit, sell, rent, or share personal data.
Rocketly does not include advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, crash reporting SDKs, in-app purchases, user accounts, online multiplayer, or online leaderboard services in the current release.
The current Android release of Rocketly does not request sensitive device permissions such as location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, SMS, phone, nearby devices, or external storage.
Development and testing builds may use internet access for Flutter debugging tools. The production release is intended to operate without collecting data through those development tools.
Gameplay information is used to:
Run the game
Display the player's score, best score, coins, XP, and health
Manage pause, retry, and game-over states
Improve the immediate gameplay experience on the device
We do not use gameplay information for advertising, profiling, third-party tracking, or user identification.
Rocketly does not share personal data.
Because the current release does not collect personal data, there is no personal data to sell, rent, or disclose to advertisers, analytics providers, or data brokers.
Gameplay state in the current release is handled locally by the app while the game is running. If future versions add saved progress, best scores, cloud services, ads, analytics, accounts, purchases, or online leaderboards, this Privacy Policy will be updated before those features are released.
You can remove locally stored app data, if any, by uninstalling Rocketly or clearing the app's storage from your device settings.
Rocketly is a general audience arcade game and does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review and delete it where applicable.
We use reasonable measures to protect the app and its data handling. Since the current release does not collect or transmit personal data, privacy risk is limited to gameplay data used locally by the app.
You may stop using Rocketly at any time. You may also uninstall the app or clear app storage from your device settings to remove local app data.
Rocketly does not currently provide account creation, so there is no account deletion process.
We may update this Privacy Policy if Rocketly's features or data practices change. When we make changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
